In this part, we propose a list of resources or websites that you can overview in order to get more information on the contexts.
First of all, when we talk about key competences we refer to the European Parliament and Council recommendation on key competences (2006) with the core set of skills necessary to work and live in the 21st century.

This book is the result of a
collaborative work of the consortium involved in DILABS. The
analysis of the contexts were established according to their own
experience and involvment with local, regional or national authorities. This book was made thanks to the exchange between the partners of the
consortium (meeting, visioconference, seminars, collaborative tools...)
and it is a review of the context in which the partners evolve as far as
adult education and vocational training is concerned.
The
main goal of this activity was to go deeper in each context in order
for the participants to be aware of the context in which they evolve,
and in which their activity is implemented. Going deeper in the research of documents contribute to the enrichment
of the basic knowledge for each participants concerning this topic.
