This glossary is supposed to evolve with your participation.
You can add an entry with your definitions on key competences (either you chose one key competence and give one definition (always explain your point of view). Definitions have to be short (you can add link to references).
You can "add topic" to discuss about the definitions given by the other participants.
Before you have the opportunity to discover the presentation from other countries, or from different organisations, it is interesting for you to answer this question : what does key competence mean for you ?
This book is the result of a collaborative work of the consortium involved in DILABS. The definitions were established according to the context of the partners, or according to their own experience.
It is interesting to realize that no common definition of the concept of "key competences" could be reached, even though they all focus on the same objectives, which is: allowing adults, young adults, to upskill in order to better match the needs of the labour market.
The main goal to reach is to adapt the definition to different context.
